I discovered the healing power of yoga in 2017, one of my toughest personal and professional years. Through my yoga practice, I discovered self-love, self-confidence, and self-healing. I achieved my goal of becoming a yoga teacher in March 2020, just in time for the Covid-19 Pandemic! I have a talent for connecting with others who share my passion for wellness, self-care, and helping people reach their potential. In the spirit of collaboration and sharing resources, I founded the Nashville Yoga Facebook Group in 2019.
