Nashville’s own SmileDirectClub is a rising star amongst Music City Startups, and it holding it’s own amongst national Forbes rankings. I was so impressed with SmileDirectClub after hearing about it from a friend and getting a sampling of the customer experience myself, that I decided to dig a little deeper into the brand and learn what is making it such a success (at least in the world of social media).
